General Terms

2. Contracting Parties

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between You, the Company, and the Payment Processor. [NAME_SITE] acts solely as an agent to promote the Company’s products. Neither party assumes responsibility for the content or services provided on the other's respective platforms.

Important: We do not require deposits directly through this promotional site. Our partners will only request deposits once all legal authorizations are completed and displayed on the platform.

3. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms for commercial, legal, or regulatory reasons. Substantial changes will be notified to you in advance. For minor updates, we recommend reviewing this page regularly via the link in the footer.

4. Opening Your Account

To use our services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate contact details, including your full name, date of birth, and email address.

By opening an account, you warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
  • Gambling is legal in your place of residence.
  • You have not been previously excluded from gambling services.
  • You accept the financial risk of potential losses.

Duplicate accounts are strictly forbidden. If a duplicate is discovered, the Company may void all bonuses and winnings associated with that account.

5. Identity Verification and Anti-Money Laundering

We are required by law to verify your identity. This process, known as "Know Your Customer" (KYC), involves checking your age, address, and source of funds. We may restrict withdrawals or account access while these checks are being performed.

If you are found to be under the legal age, your account will be closed immediately. All transactions will be voided, and any deposits will be returned, while winnings will be forfeited.

6. Know Your Client (KYC) Policy

To expedite verification, please provide clear, focused images of your documents. We typically require:

  • Proof of Age: Passport, Driving License, or National ID.
  • Proof of Identity: Utility bills or bank statements (less than 6 months old).
  • Payment Verification: Photos of your payment card (ensure the CVV and middle digits are hidden).

7. Restricted Territories

Access to our services is prohibited for residents of certain countries due to local laws or provider restrictions. This includes, but is not limited to, the USA, France, Netherlands, and various territories in Asia and the Middle East.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the Website is legal in your current location. If we detect use from a restricted territory, we reserve the right to close the account and refund the remaining balance.

8. Deposits and Withdrawals

You must only deposit funds from an account held in your own name. Withdrawals are processed within 7 days following successful KYC verification. Refunds are only available if no gaming activity has occurred after the deposit and must be requested within 7 days.

Limits: The minimum transaction amount is 10 EUR. Maximum limits are set at 15,000 EUR per day, 50,000 EUR per week, and 100,000 EUR per month.

9. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, or IP address. Most bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 25x the total amount. The maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active is 5 EUR per spin.

Abusive behavior, such as manipulating bet sizes to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in the confiscation of winnings and account closure.

10. Prohibited Practices

Collusion, cheating, and fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. This includes using third-party software ("bots"), exploiting software loopholes, or using stolen credit cards. We reserve the right to inform regulatory bodies and financial institutions of any suspected criminal activity.

11. Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by providing 24 hours' notice to our support team. The Company also reserves the right to close or suspend accounts for breaches of these Terms or for regulatory reasons.

12. Liability and Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and software, is protected by copyright. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the site. The Company is not liable for data loss, system failures, or any indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

13. Responsible Gaming

Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We offer self-exclusion tools and deposit limits to help you stay in control. If you feel gambling is becoming a problem, please visit www.responsiblegambling.org for support.

14. Contact and Support
